Word of the Day.

Every morning I wake up to my wonderful dictionary.com app with a new word of the day. I'm not sure if I enjoy this little ritual because it makes me feel more intelligent, or if I plan to use these words next time I get into a heated argument or witty conversation, but today's word just struck my fancy.

Pettifog
[PET-ee-fog, -fawg]

Verb-
Definition: To bicker or quibble over trifles or unimportant matters.

So next time you're arguing with someone just whip out this little guy. (Note: It sounds a lot better if you say it with a British accent.)

  1. Oh, yes. You couldn't use this word without a British accent.
